Fighting Right!

Conservatives must fight back to take our Country back

Friends-

Most of you have either seen one of my speeches, read my emails, or tweets (or whatever we call them now.) You know that having conservatives and Republicans willing to step up and fight the left has been a big priority of mine. For too long, many on our side have been unwilling to step up and attack the lies and messaging the left tries to cram down our throats. The very idea that some would think that mutilating children or allowing men to compete in women’s sports would become acceptable ideas would have been unfathomable a decade ago, but here we are having those very debates. The radical left, though, was expecting our side to be intimidated by being called nasty names and a media that would paint those who dare stand against these ideas as intolerant and extreme.

I have traveled hundreds of thousands of miles around the state of Florida, talking to Republican Executive Committees, clubs, and grassroots conservatives about the challenges that face us as a nation and as a party. I hear from a lot of people who want to learn what is happening in our political world and have more details so they can push back on their liberal neighbors and those who want to paint them as too extreme for their conservative beliefs.

It is from these conversations that this Fighting Right! blog came as an idea. It is a way for me to share my thoughts as they occur and distribute the information that I learn and experience. It is an idea that sat on the shelf for a bit, but the turmoil in Washington over the last few weeks and the larger global tensions helped me take this from the shelf and into a real live project. My goal is to write once a week on an issue or set of relevant and newsworthy topics (I have a newborn, so all great plans may not be met). I want to interact with you, so respond with your thoughts and ideas and share with your friends so we can build a large, active community willing to fight together for a better America.

Together we can build a generation of Conservative Fighters that can take our Country back from the radical left that has slowly attempted to erode the foundations of the greatest experiment the world has ever seen. Certainly, if we can Fight Right! we will get noticed and advance the conservative ideas that the Republican party and a majority of our nation yearns for.

So please send me the topics you want to hear about. I am hard at work on the first post about how the far left has hijacked nonprofits and unions and turned them from organizations that advocated for their members, but now into liberal money laundering organizations that unify their messaging and donations to benefit a far-left agenda that often has nothing to do with why these organizations were formed.
